How do I pay for my order?
You pay securely online at checkout — UPI, cards, or net banking (payments are processed by Razorpay). Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds. We never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP over call or message.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is ₹40 per kilogram for delivery within Gujarat and ₹80 per kilogram across the rest of India, rounded up to the next kilogram and calculated from the total weight of your items. Your exact rate is set from your delivery state and shown at checkout before you place the order.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every price shown is GST-inclusive — the amount you see is the amount you pay for the item. No extra tax is added at checkout; only weight-based shipping (₹40/kg within Gujarat, ₹80/kg elsewhere) is added on top.
How do I track my order?
After you place an order you receive an order ID and an order page link. Open that link any time to see the current status. For updates you can also contact support with your order ID.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery — share your order ID and a photo — and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. Full details are on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
Are Kevi’s products natural and free from harsh chemicals?
Yes. Every Kevi’s product — soaps, shampoos, home and fabric cleaners, natural pest care and oils — is made with natural ingredients and kept free from harsh chemicals. Each product page lists exactly what is inside and how to use it.
Who makes Kevi’s products?
Kevi’s is a brand of Kavish Enterprise, a household and personal-care maker based in Surat, India, trusted since 1995. Products are sold online across India at keviscare.com.
What is a good natural alternative to naphthalene balls?
Kevi’s Eucalyptus (Nilgiri) Tablets are a natural, poison-free alternative to naphthalene balls — place them in cupboards, wardrobes and storerooms to help keep cockroaches, ants, spiders and lizards away with a fresh eucalyptus aroma. For stored grains, Neem Goli helps keep rice, dal and pulses free of weevils and insects.
Which soap is best for oily or acne-prone skin?
For oily or acne-prone skin, the Neem Soap and Multani Mitti Soap are the usual picks — neem is naturally antibacterial and multani mitti helps absorb excess oil. Each soap page explains which skin type it suits.
Which soap helps with tan or dull, uneven skin?
For tan and dullness, the De-Tan Soap, Rice & Potato Soap, Turmeric (Haldi) Soap and Ubtan Soap are made to gently brighten skin and even out tone with natural ingredients, used regularly over a few weeks.
Are the soaps sold singly or in packs?
Most Kevi’s soaps are sold as a value pack of three 100g bars — the pack and price are shown on each product page. Some products, such as the aloe vera gel and the cleaners, come in single bottles or a choice of sizes.
Do you accept returns?
As these are personal-care and household products (not apparel), we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If an order arrives damaged, wrong or undelivered, tell us within 7 days with your order ID and a photo and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
