How do I pay for my order?
You pay securely online at checkout — UPI, cards, or net banking (payments are processed by Razorpay). Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds. We never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP over call or message.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is ₹40 per kilogram, rounded up to the next kilogram (so a minimum of ₹40), calculated from the total weight of your items. The exact amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every price shown is GST-inclusive — the amount you see is the amount you pay for the item. No extra tax is added at checkout; only the ₹40/kg shipping is added on top.
How do I track my order?
After you place an order you receive an order ID and an order page link. Open that link any time to see the current status. For updates you can also contact support with your order ID.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery — share your order ID and a photo — and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. Full details are on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
