These terms apply when you shop with Kevi’s, operated by Kavish Enterprise, Surat, Gujarat, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & pricing
All prices are in INR and GST-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay for the item, with only shipping added at checkout. We describe products factually and make no medical or efficacy claims. Availability and prices may change, and occasional listing errors may occur; if we can’t honour an order, we’ll let you know and refund you.
Orders & payment
Payment is taken securely online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, or net banking). Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping is ₹40 per kilogram for delivery within Gujarat and ₹80 per kilogram across the rest of India, rounded up to the next kilogram and calculated from your order’s total weight. Your exact rate is set from your delivery state and shown before you pay. Delivery timelines vary by location.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
