Your name, contact number, email (if provided), and delivery address, along with the details of the items you order. Payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not see or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, keep you updated about them, provide support, and meet legal or accounting requirements. If you create an account, we use it to show your order history and saved addresses.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to complete your order — for example, our delivery partner (to ship to you) and our payment processor (to take payment securely). We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it. We’ll never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP over a call or message.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your account details at any time by contacting support. We keep order records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
