Refunds & Cancellations

We want every order to arrive right. Because our products are household and personal-care consumables, we don’t run a general change-of-mind return process — but we’ll always make it right with a refund or replacement when something is wrong on our side.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us before your order is dispatched and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or an item is missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo. We’ll arrange a refund or a replacement — for hygiene reasons you usually won’t need to send anything back.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, it may take a few business days to reflect after we initiate it.
