New and brightly coloured clothes often bleed dye in the wash — dulling themselves and staining everything else in the load. Kevi Super Fabric Colour Fix is a liquid dye fixative that helps lock colour into the fabric, so your kurtis, dupattas, dark clothes and cottons stay bright and stop running onto other garments.
It works by helping bond the dye to the fabric fibres, forming a barrier that keeps the colour from leaching out during washing. That keeps clothes richer and more vibrant for longer, and prevents the colour transfer that ruins whites and lighter fabrics washed alongside them.
It is especially useful on cotton, linen and rayon, and on the first few washes of new or deep-coloured clothes, when bleeding is worst. Add it to a bucket of water and soak the garment, or add it to the wash — the product page sets out the simple steps and quantity.
Available in 100ml and 200ml bottles. Unlike single-use colour-catcher sheets that only trap loose dye in one wash, this is a reusable liquid fixative that helps set and protect the colour itself, wash after wash.
